Breaking down the sample conversation in the negotiation segments was interesting because it allowed us to apply what we learned in an analytical way.

I will definitely use a bunch of new tools - particularly the negotiation tips. I liked that they had two facilitators and that there were exercises to stretch these poorly used muscles. I liked the attention and negotiation tactics, I appreciated that there were a variety of recommendations so I can take them with me and test out what styles will work best for me. I also liked the section about meeting personas because I had never really thought about it that way.
