The way the presentation was laid out was exceptionally helpful, particularly the clever names for tactics and the methods used to distill complex points into easily memorable strategies that we could employ. I liked the attention and negotiation tactics, and I appreciated that a variety of recommendations were provided, allowing me to test out which styles will work best for me. I liked the approach of how to deal with arguments from authority and how to be an effective negotiator. Also, the strategies for getting and keeping attention were great.
