As a result of our work with PeopleStorming, we've rolled out a new feature for our onboarding process; each new hire is asked to fill out a personal user manual. Then it's shared with their manager and forms the basis of their early 1-on-1s. Then the manager shares the manual with the new hire's teams as well.
