We'll introduce you to our simple 3-step model for managing time and effort so you can get back to enjoying work and having the impact you desire.

  • Reflect on how different team members need to allocate their time including the maker versus manager schedule
  • Experience the cost of context switching and learn how to avoid it
  • Learn a tool for maximizing flow
  • Discover tools that can help you increase the quality and clarity of collaboration
  • Reflect on fresh boundaries for yourself and plan for your next step
